At Power Dental Studio we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dental Implant Full-Arch Specialist to join our innovative and colloborative team. Details of the Role
- Own the Digital Intake Process for all Full Arch submissions.
- Routinely monitor Slack and the Company Customer Portal.
- Receive and enter all digital case submissions into the company database during normal business hours.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure all agreed upon products and pricing is reflected properly on each case submission.
- Provide quality control for all case submissions and supporting case documents.
- Contact Doctors to advise if case submission is missing information.
- Manage Surgery Calendar and coordinate with team members for re-scheduling.
- Transition cases to the digital team manager upon completion of intake in an organized and timely fashion.
- Assist with tracking cases to meet production and shipping deadlines.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Possess strong proficiency of lab software management platforms.
- Ability to learn and see the big picture.
- Excellent communicator and problem-solving abilities.
Experience
- Technical knowledge of implants, All-On-Fours, Full Arch and the digital workflow required.
- Strong knowledge of technical dental terminology and familiarity with dental procedures is advantageous, especially digital full arch using photogrammetry.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service with active listening and effective communication skills.
- Previous experience in a dental lab environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills including data entry, troubleshooting software applications, and navigating digital platforms.
- Experience with phone etiquette and remote support tools to deliver professional assistance.
- Proven analysis skills to assess client needs quickly and provide tailored solutions for optimal outcomes.
