Responsibilities:
Provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes, communities, and day programs
Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual
Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management
Foster positive relationships and provide emotional support to individuals and their families
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Maintain accurate records and documentation of services and progress
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pass background checks and obtain necessary certifications
