Join our 911 Mechanical team as a HVAC Installer and take charge of installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new building projects. Responsibilities
- Prefered Candidates would have 3years’ experience working in the New Construction HVAC field or Residential Replacement Install expierence
- Lead and coordinate installation teams to execute HVAC system setups in new construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety protocols.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to accurately install ductwork, piping, refrigeration systems, and related equipment.
- Install, troubleshoot, and service a variety of HVAC components including air conditioning
- Conduct field service inspections, verify system functionality, and make necessary adjustments or repairs during installation phases.
- Collaborate with project managers, property owners, and other trades to coordinate work schedules and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Ensure all installations comply with local codes, safety standards, and industry best practices while maintaining a clean work environment.
- Operate company vehicles safely when traveling between job sites or transporting equipment.
- Document installation processes with through reports and logs for quality assurance purposes.
Experience
- Proven field experience with a minimum of 3 years in construction-related HVAC installation roles.
- Knowledge of schematics, HVAC design principles, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read drawings accurately and apply mechanical knowledge effectively on-site.
- Experience operating diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters; comfortable performing troubleshooting on complex mechanical systems.
- Prior leadership experience overseeing installation crews or managing small teams is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
