Advanced Wildlife and Pest Control is a well-established, family-owned company with over 38 years of success serving Southeastern Wisconsin. As the largest animal removal company in the state, we continue to grow and are looking for an outgoing, organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at our new office in Slinger, WI.
About Us
Founded by Paul and Jessica Winkelmann, our company provides full-service pest control and wildlife removal across Waukesha, Milwaukee, Washington, Kenosha, and Ozaukee counties. We pride ourselves on strong customer service and a team-focused work environment.
Position Details
We currently have 2 openings with flexible scheduling options:
- Full-Time:
- 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
- Part-Time options available for similar hours
- Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
- Schedule appointments and coordinate technician routes
- Manage calendars for staff and customers
- Prepare quotes and customer documents
- Maintain customer records, billing, and payroll through Pest Routes (training provided)
- Communicate with technicians and office staff
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Assist with basic social media tasks
Qualifications
- Strong phone and communication skills (essential)
- Above-average computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional writing skills
- Team-oriented with strong customer service mindset
- Familiarity with Southeastern Wisconsin counties is a plus
- Prior office experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- $14–$19/hour (based on experience and skills)
