As a DSP, you'll provide support, encouragement, and assistance to individuals in a residential setting by:
- Assisting with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Supporting meal preparation and healthy lifestyle choices
- Helping individuals participate in community activities and recreation
- Teaching and encouraging independence through skill-building opportunities
- Assisting with medication administration and health-related supports
- Completing required documentation and progress notes
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment
- Building positive relationships while supporting individual goals and choices

- Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Earn $22.00/hour while providing essential weekend coverage.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, physical, and required training
- Dependable with strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to assist with lifting, bending, and providing physical support as needed
