This is a 100% onsite, hands-on manufacturing and warehouse position in Owensville, Missouri. It is not a remote, office-based, or supply-chain management position.
Applicants must be able to reliably report to our Owensville facility for every scheduled shift. Relocation assistance is not available.
As an Inventory Cycle Counter/Material Handler, you will spend most of your day on the manufacturing and warehouse floor counting inventory, investigating discrepancies, moving materials, and keeping production areas stocked.
Responsibilities include:

Perform daily cycle counts throughout the warehouse and production areas

Compare physical inventory to ERP inventory records

Research and help correct inventory discrepancies

Monitor Kanban quantities and replenish materials at production workstations

Receive, stock, move, and organize materials

Work directly with warehouse and production employees to maintain material flow

Enter inventory transactions and maintain accurate records

Generate and review basic inventory reports

Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment

Participate in inventory and warehouse improvement projects

Follow all safety procedures

Perform other duties as assigned

High school diploma or GED
-
Previous hands-on experience with cycle counting, inventory control, warehouse operations, material handling, or manufacturing inventory

Forklift operating experience
-
Experience using an inventory or ERP system

Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills
-
Ability to investigate inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate records
-
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 70 pounds
-
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work on a manufacturing floor throughout the shift

Ability to reliably work onsite in Owensville, Missouri, from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Availability for overtime and Saturdays when required

Cycle counting in a manufacturing environment

Kanban or material-replenishment experience

Experience supporting production workstations

Previous use of inventory reports or ERP transactions

This position works in a manufacturing and warehouse environment with moving equipment, noise, and varying temperatures. Required PPE may include safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toe footwear.
