Resolute Language Group is seeking professional interpreters in all languages to join our growing interpreter network. Interpreters will provide accurate, professional, and confidential language interpretation services for a variety of clients and settings.
Assignments may include medical, legal, court, immigration, government, community, education, social services, law enforcement, and other professional settings. Depending on the assignment, interpreters may provide services in person, by video, or by telephone.
Interpreters are expected to accurately convey the meaning, tone, and intent of spoken communication between parties while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and impartiality.
We are seeking certified and qualified interpreters, including interpreters with recognized credentials such as NBCMI, CCHI, NIC, CDI/DI, court certification, and other professional certifications. Experienced interpreters who are not yet certified may also be considered for assignments that do not require certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete interpretation between English and the target language
- Interpret consecutively and maintain the meaning and intent of all communication
- Provide interpretation for medical, legal, court, immigration, government, and community assignments
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Follow client and assignment-specific requirements
- Arrive on time and be prepared for scheduled assignments
- Maintain professional conduct with clients, patients, attorneys, courts, government agencies, and other parties
- Complete required documentation and assignment procedures
- Communicate professionally with Resolute Language Group regarding availability and assignments
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language
- Professional interpreting experience preferred
- Certification preferred and required for assignments where applicable
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Professionalism, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
- Background checks, credentials, or additional requirements may apply depending on the assignment
