Job Overview
We're hiring one reliable cleaner to handle three commercial accounts in Loudoun County. All three routes together pay $1,550 per month for about 18 hours of work per week.
This is flat-rate pay, not hourly. Work efficiently and you're effectively earning more.
The routes:
Daycare (Bluemont) — $1,200/month
Monday through Friday, start any time after 6:00 PM. Roughly 3 hours per visit.
Office (Ashburn) — $150/month
Mondays at 1:00 PM. About 1 hour.
Gym (Ashburn) — $200/month
Sundays, any time that works for you. About 2 hours.
What we're looking for:
- You live in Purcellville, Leesburg, or Ashburn (this is required, no exceptions)
- Reliable transportation
- Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred
- Able to pass a background check (required for the daycare)
- You show up on time, every time. Consistency matters more than speed.
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Handle various cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, and sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic environment
