Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed appropriately within the facility
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, hallways, and entry points
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify maintenance or safety issues
- Support moving and delivery activities by transporting supplies or equipment as needed
- Monitor security entrances and exits to ensure proper access control
- Assist with setting up event spaces or meeting rooms according to specifications
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns promptly to management
Skills
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and facility maintenance practices
- Reliability and punctuality in completing assigned duties
- Ability to work independently while following safety guidelines and protocols
- Prior experience in hospitality, janitorial services, or facilities management is a plus but not required
