What Talents and Skills Do You Need?
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the marine, powersports or related industries.
- Preferred knowledge of water sports/towboats.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Knowledge of boating and marine products.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them in selecting the right marine products.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest marine and powersports products and industry trends.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the dealership's success.

Salary: $45,000-$120,000 (Base Salary, Commission, Monthly Sales Goals)
