About the Role
As our Marketing & Client Engagement Manager, you will be the first impression of our firm. You will confidently present our branded slide decks, communicate with prospects, follow up with precision, and ensure every new client feels supported and excited to work with us.
Your work will directly influence the firm’s growth and the quality of our client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver polished, compelling presentations to prospective clients
- Communicate with prospects through professional, well‑crafted emails and follow‑ups
- Guide prospects through the decision‑making process with clarity and confidence
- Present invoices, engagement letters, and onboarding instructions
- Manage the administrative workflow required to convert prospects into clients
- Maintain accurate tracking of leads, follow‑ups, and conversions
- Support marketing initiatives including email campaigns and lead‑nurture sequences
- Represent the AP Accounting & Tax brand with energy, professionalism, and warmth
