Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to designated locations. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to navigate various routes while providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Operates semi-trucks to and from various customers and home base warehouse.
- Drops and hooks loads between company warehouse and customer’s facility
- Interacts with the CSR and dispatch to work as a team to make sure loads are completed.
- Actively communicates with other driver and leads to effectively and efficiently handle materials
- Accurately completes driver paperwork.
- Completes all task within DOT guidelines
- Follows all safety rules and compliance standards with equipment and facilities
Skills
- A valid Class A CDL driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Ability to be mobile in a shuttle driving position.
- Ability to communicate and organize effectively with varying degrees of independence, judgement, and discretion.
This is a first shift position, primarily Monday - Friday. Weekend work may be required as needed by customers.
