Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial/warehouse maintenance and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, contributing to overall efficiency and productivity.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hydraulic systems, and other mechanical equipment.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities and manage work orders.
- Analyze equipment performance and diagnose issues using precision measuring instruments.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with team members and other departments regarding maintenance needs.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanic or similar role in an industrial setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC/R, hydraulics, and industrial maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and the ability to analyze data for troubleshooting purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
