Unarmed Security Officer - Service Desk Operator
This role is responsible for troubleshooting IT issues, supporting security systems and software, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support for employees via phone, email, and ticketing system

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user access issues

Support security technology platforms including surveillance, access control, and monitoring systems

Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets

Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary

Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system

Support onboarding/offboarding of employees by setting up or removing system access
Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or service desk roles

VALID GUARD CARD REQUIRED

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365

Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi)

Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests
