We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and organized handyman to join our team. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and good references are required.
Schedule:

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys variety and doesn't want to do the same job every day.
Responsibilities Include:
- Rental property maintenance and repairs
- Cleaning, painting, and drywall repair
- Light plumbing and electrical work
- General maintenance and repair tasks
- Maintaining an organized work area and managing tasks efficiently
Additional Skills Considered a Plus:
- Roofing experience
- Ability to use a cutting torch
- Ownership of basic hand tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Other Duties May Include:
- Snow plowing
- Lawn mowing and grounds maintenance
- Operating a forklift
- Cleaning and repairing restaurant equipment
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual with good organizational skills who can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and take pride in quality workmanship.
Training will be provided for any skills that need development. We value a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude as much as prior experience.
