Whether your expertise is in mainline service, diagnostics, or used vehicle reconditioning, you'll perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with factory and dealership standards while helping deliver an exceptional ownership experience.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience as a Mainline Technician, Automotive Technician, Used Car Technician, Reconditioning Technician, Diagnostic Technician, Flat Rate Technician, or ASE Certified Technician.
- Dealership experience preferred with 3+ years of automotive repair experience.
- Experience performing diagnostics, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on domestic, import, or luxury vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with safe working knowledge of shop equipment and diagnostic tools.
- Brand experience is preferred but not required.
- Genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.

- Technical Excellence: Perform quality repairs, diagnostics, maintenance, and vehicle reconditioning in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards.

- Communication: Clearly communicate repair recommendations and technical findings with Service Advisors and dealership personnel.
- Accountability: Complete repairs within manufacturer time standards while maintaining accurate repair orders and documentation.
