The Role
Are you passionate about the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, business efficiency, and hands-on technical development?
We are seeking an innovative and analytical AI Business Process Consultant to join our Business Services team in Draper, UT. In this highly impactful role, you will bridge the gap between business operations and advanced technology. You will work closely with senior operational leaders to identify manual workflows, design and prototype AI-driven solutions, and successfully build and deploy intelligent automation that measurably improves our operations.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- AI Discovery & SME Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our frontline operational processes, policies, and systems. Proactively identify manual, repetitive workflows that are prime candidates for AI automation and agentic replacement.
- Prototype & Build AI Agents: Hands-on development, configuration, and prototyping of AI agents, prompt chains, and automated workflows to streamline operational tasks.
- Business Case & Prompt Frameworks: Document robust business cases and project requests for AI enhancements, detailing prompt frameworks, expected token usage, performance metrics, and success criteria.
- System Integration: Consult with Data and IT teams to safely connect AI applications with Credit Corp’s infrastructure, databases, and CRM systems using Python, SQL, APIs, and AI connectors.
- Continuous Optimization: Monitor, assess, and iterate deployed AI models and workflow enhancements to ensure accuracy, safety, and peak performance. Maintain an active log/register of prompts and optimizations.
- Change Management: Support operations teams as they transition to AI-augmented workflows, helping manage change, address concerns, and drive high operational engagement.
What You’ll Bring (Requirements & Tech Stack)
To be successful in this role, you should possess a unique blend of operational analysis skills and modern AI prototyping capabilities.
Core Requirements:
- Education: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business, IT, Finance, Engineering, or a highly analytical field.
- Technical Tech Stack (Must Have Working Knowledge):
- AI Tools: Google Agent Studio, Claude Code, Cursor, and Prompt Design / Engineering.
- Development & Data: Python and SQL (including SQL table design, database connections, and APIs).
- Skills & Experience:
- Proven ability to observe complex operational workflows and translate them into automated/AI-driven business cases.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical AI concepts clearly to non-technical business leaders.
- Experience managing external vendor and software supplier relationships is highly regarded.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on metrics, continuous improvement, and ROI.
