Wheaton Landworks is a growing landscaping company serving homeowners with services including shrub trimming, mulch installation, sod installation, artificial turf, pressure washing, tree work, retaining walls, and more. We're looking for motivated individuals who aren't afraid to knock on doors and earn great money by bringing in new customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods introducing our landscaping services.
- Talk with homeowners and generate new leads.
- Schedule estimates or close jobs directly.
- Represent Wheaton Landworks in a professional and friendly manner.
Pay
This is a 100% commission-based position. There is no hourly pay or salary. You are paid only when a customer you bring in books a job with us. The more jobs you sell, the more you earn. There is no cap on your commission.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable talking to new people.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required—we'll show you what to say.
