Position Summary
As a Server, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience from the moment guests are seated until they leave the restaurant. We are looking for someone who is friendly, hardworking, organized, and able to perform well in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
Greet guests with a positive attitude.
Explain our AYCE menu and answer guest questions.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Monitor tables and provide attentive service throughout the meal.
Replace grills as needed.
Refill drinks and side dishes promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Complete opening, side work, and closing duties.
Work closely with kitchen staff, bussers, and other servers.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
Help maintain a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Qualifications
Restaurant experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
Excellent customer service skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable and punctual.
Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Bilingual (English/Spanish or Korean) is a plus but not required.
