The Original Mongolian BBQ is a locally owned, family-operated restaurant serving authentic Mongolian barbecue with gluten-free options and dietary accommodations. We have proudly served the Coeur d’Alene community since 1997.
Position Overview
We are hiring Cook / Kitchen Team Members for a stable, long-term kitchen position.
Kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for dependable individuals who are punctual, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Schedule
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Up to 40 hours per week (4 days/week)
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Stable schedules based on availability
Responsibilities
- Prepare food and operate the grill
- Assist guests with bowl building
- Complete dishwashing and kitchen cleaning tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Follow food safety procedures and support daily kitchen operations
Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and teamwork skills
- Willingness to perform hands-on cooking and cleaning duties
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
