Position Overview
The Health Coach (S.E.R.O Concierge) guides clients through transformative wellness journeys, driving measurable outcomes and accountability. You will own client results, engagement, and retention while delivering an exceptional member experience using Serotonin’s systems and service catalog.
What You’ll Use
Zenoti, the Serotonin Coach app (Trainerize), InBody, and digital trackers to deliver personalized, data-driven coaching across exercise, nutrition, habit change, and nutraceutical supplementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver client consultations and personalized plans using Serotonin’s C.A.R.E.S framework (understanding client goals, symptoms, and concerns).
- Help clients understand potential solutions through Hormone Optimization (as part of the Serotonin service approach).
- Support front-desk concierge operations as needed, including cold calls/lead calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients.
