Certified Nursing Assistant
Location: New Lisbon, Wisconsin
Pay Rate: $24/hr $28/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: PM Shift, 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
Schedule: Every other weekend required
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Experience: CNA/LTC experience preferred
EMR: Meditech
Start Date: 06/08/2026
About the Role
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a 13-week Long-Term Care contract in New Lisbon, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for a compassionate CNA who can support residents with daily care needs, maintain safety, and assist nursing staff in delivering quality care.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with ADLs, including toileting, transferring, bathing, and grooming
Answer call lights and respond to resident needs promptly
Obtain vitals, weights, and other information as needed
Report changes in resident condition to the nurse
Support resident comfort, hygiene, and safety
Report any concerns related to abuse, neglect, or misappropriation
Complete documentation using Meditech
Requirements
Active CNA certification required
BLS/BCLS required
Long-Term Care experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy required
Must be able to work PM shifts and every other weekend
Holiday coverage required as needed
