Run sprinkler construction projects from start to finish.

Manage schedules, budgets, subs & customer relationships.

Lead in fast-paced field environments.

Handle change orders & problem-solving confidently.
Ideal Background:
-
5+ years in fire sprinkler construction.
-
PM, Superintendent, or Field Leadership experience.
-
Strong communication & customer-facing skills.
-
Procore experience is a huge plus.
