Pay: $70,000 – $150,000 per year + monthly bonuses

B&M Electric — voted one of South Bay’s favorite electrical companies — is hiring skilled Residential Electrician. You’ll perform diagnostics, repairs, inspections, and installations while delivering top-notch customer service and working under National Codes.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base pay + monthly bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems
- Provide expert troubleshooting, estimates, and customer education
- Sell and promote Membership Plans and additional services
- Complete all paperwork and documentation accurately
- Maintain communication with office staff and supervisors
- Keep your service vehicle clean, stocked, and in good condition
Requirements:

- Able to lift/move up to 150 lbs

- Willingness to attend training and continually improve
