Duties
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up work areas
- Load, unload, and transport materials and supplies around the construction site
- Perform basic tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and mixing materials under supervision
- Support skilled workers by holding tools, and/or other equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Help with site inspections and report any hazards or issues promptly
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions carefully
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus but not required
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is beneficial but not mandatory
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a drug test prior to hiring
- Must have OSHA10
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
