Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques aligned with early intervention principles to promote optimal developmental outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, teachers, and healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care strategies and support systems.
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting therapy approaches as needed to maximize effectiveness and achieve measurable goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with clinic policies and medical terminology standards.

Experience
- Previous experience working in school settings or pediatric outpatient clinics is highly preferred, not required.
- Demonstrated expertise in pediatric speech therapy across diverse communication disorders within early intervention frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy related to speech production and swallowing functions.
- Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and familiarity with medical terminology relevant to pediatric care.

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
