REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed master’s level professional counselor degree OR a limited licensed master’s level professional counselor (will work under the supervision of a licensed master’s level professional counselor)

Experience in scheduling using Skyward or a similar program

Experience in personal and crisis counseling.

Experience with 504 plans, attendance interventions, and alternative education pathways

Successful previous guidance counseling experience and/or teaching experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Implement Comprehensive Guidance and Counseling in middle school classrooms
-
Provide Group and individual guidance and counseling for individuals and small groups
-
Connect families with community resources and supports
-
Actively participate in the building leadership team

Evaluate, write, and monitor 504 plans for students

Commitment to reflective practices and professional growth
