Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated framer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency on every site. Responsibilities
- Lead and assist with metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to safety standards
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing to create durable foundations and structures
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate efficient construction processes
- Conduct framing carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, and woodworking tasks with precision
- Support remodeling and restoration projects by applying appropriate techniques for each task
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction activities while maintaining safety protocols
- Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to ensure smooth workflow on site
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality standards
Experience
- Proven construction site experience with a focus on framing, trim carpentry, or concrete work
- Demonstrated ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of construction management principles to coordinate tasks effectively on-site
- Familiarity with various building materials including steel, concrete, wood, stucco, siding, and drywall
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday
- Prior involvement in remodeling or restoration projects is a plus but not required
