- Assemble motor components and finished products while meeting production goals

Ensure products meet all quality standards and specifications

Set up production and testing equipment as needed

Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and process documentation

Use measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Operate material handling and production equipment
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
-
Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures
-
Participate in employee training programs
-
Perform other duties as assigned

Occasional overtime may be required
- High School Diploma or GED
-
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
-
Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing documentation
-
Experience using measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Ability to learn and use company systems (Epicor, Visual PDM, etc.)

Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Fast-paced, climate-controlled manufacturing facility

Clean and safe work environment

Personal protective equipment and anti-static equipment provided as required

2nd shift, Monday-Thursday (10-hour shift)
