Flexo Label Press Apprentice
Attention Home School & High School Grads! If you consider yourself “mechanically inclined”, have decent math skills, and want a good work environment we’d love to have you join our team as a Flexo Label Apprentice. We’ll train you how to set up a label press, print, die cut, and finish customer specific jobs. You will learn the “ins and outs” of flexo label printing in a safe and efficient manner on some of the best equipment in the industry. Getting paid to learn the trade! Within 3-6 months of good performance you should be promoted to Level 1-Flexo Label Press Operator. Hard work pays off! Nobody said you had to get a college degree in 4 years! Stay out of debt and go to college part time. If you’re ready for a mentally challenging career we reward individuals that want more than just a paycheck; people that want to be a part of the Tri-State team!
Job Training
- Trained how to setup, run, and print labels & finishing equipment.
- Measure, weigh and examine all products before they’re packaged to see that they meet company and industry standards.
- Monitor & run label presses on a daily basis.
- Trained on ISO quality checks, sign offs, & paperwork.
- Engage in continuing training to advance in the company.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and maintain assigned presses & equipment as needed for maximum product quality and operational efficiency.

Required:
- Fractions and basic math
- Highly Motivated
- Positive Attitude
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Any previous entry level job is a plus
- Good physical condition
