Glass Installation Crew Member
Farley’s Glass is hiring a Glass Installation Crew Member to join our installation team. This position is a good fit for someone with construction experience who is dependable, safety-minded, comfortable working with tools, and interested in learning the glass and glazing trade.
Glazing or glass installation experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Construction experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of glass, mirrors, shower doors, storefront systems, windows, and related products
- Load, unload, carry, and handle glass and materials safely
- Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and jobsite equipment
- Measure, prep, clean, and organize work areas
- Follow instructions from lead installers and project supervisors
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional jobsite
- Communicate professionally with coworkers, customers, contractors, and builders
- Travel locally to residential and commercial job sites as part of an installation crew
Requirements
- Construction experience required
- Glass/glazing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
- Comfortable working on ladders and active construction sites
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation to work
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred

Schedule
Full-time position. Schedule may vary depending on jobsite needs.

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
