The Role:

Lead HVAC projects across the Chicagoland area, working alongside installation teams and taking ownership of technical delivery

Troubleshoot HVAC systems, support project development and provide technical input across the business

Receive specific technical training and on-the-job development, with the opportunity to mentor future HVAC hires as the team grows
The Candidate:

HVAC experience with strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and ventilation

Experience with RTU systems

Strong technical ability with the ambition to become a lead/technical expert and mentor others
