Currently hiring cooks/prep cooks with Wood-Fired, Brick Oven Pizza experience.
Must be punctual, reliable, trustworthy and possess an incredible work ethic along with meticulous cleaning skills. Must be willing and able follow specific instructions and recipes and have the ability to work quickly, efficiently, neatly and sanitary
Daily responsibilities include prepping pizza station, assisting with daily prep of during slower periods, rolling out dough, topping and baking pizzas to order assisting line cooks with entree plating. Daily break down and clean up of pizza cooler. Assisting with daily clean up and breakdown of kitchen which includes washing and putting away dishes, washing and sanitizing equipment, sweeping, mopping and trash disposal.
Typical Schedule is 3-5 days per week - 10pm-4pm.
