A New Quest at Luke AFB
Tucson Games & Gadgets is opening a brand-new location inside the Exchange (BX) at Luke Air Force Base, and we're recruiting our founding crew of Guild Sales Adventurers to help launch it. This is a ground-floor opportunity to serve the Luke AFB community — service members, families, and civilians — and be part of a fast-growing, locally owned company that's expanding across Arizona.
Note: Because this location is on a secured military installation, all hires must successfully pass a background check and meet the Exchange's requirements for base access credentials.

Your Role as a Guild Sales Adventurer
As a Sales Associate, you are the frontline hero of our brand — creating great customer experiences, building community, and learning how a successful multi-location retail business actually works.
You will:
- Assist customers in finding the right games, gifts, and collectibles
- Learn and explain board games, TCGs, RPGs, and fandom products
- Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
- Keep the store organized, stocked, and welcoming
- Assist with events, tournaments, and community nights
- Support daily store operations, opening/closing, and cleanliness
- Represent Tucson Games & Gadgets with professionalism and positivity
- Serve the Luke AFB community with respect and reliability

Schedule Requirements
- Part-Time and Full-Time positions available
