Job Summary
Solaire Rooftop, located on the 20th floor of the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton, is seeking for floor runners to join our team. The Floor Runner plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for guests on the floor. This position involves delivering food and beverages to tables, assisting with customer service needs, and maintaining a clean and organized the floor as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages to guests on the floor promptly and courteously.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely service.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
