The Cliffs at Princeville, consistently recognized as one of Kauai’s premier vacation ownership resorts, is seeking an energetic and driven Timeshare Sales Agent to join our team.
The opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and creating their own pipeline of prospective buyers. Success in this role comes from initiative, persistence, and the ability to connect with guests and owners while delivering professional sales experience.
Compensation includes a competitive hourly base plus a 30% commission structure, offering significant earning potential for high performers. Full employee benefits are also provided.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, referrals, guest interactions, and relationship development.
- Educate prospective buyers about timeshare ownership opportunities and resort benefits.
- Host and conduct open houses.
- Follow up consistently with prospective buyers and maintain detailed sales records.
- Develop creative outreach and lead-generation strategies to expand sales opportunities and meet sales target.
- Collaborate with management to improve sales processes and maximize closing opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous timeshare or vacation ownership sales experience required, at least 2 years; Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- Active Hawaii real estate license required and valid Hawaii Driver’s License
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and as a team.
- Comfortable networking and building relationships in a hospitality environment.
- Organized with the ability to manage leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic mathematical skills; ability compute rate, ratio, percentage.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as: building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and sales closing.

Compensation
Base hourly pay $20, plus 30% commission
Successful representatives have the opportunity to earn substantially above base pay through sales performance.
