Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism? Mercy Plus Autism Services is seeking a dedicated SLP to join our team in Saginaw, MI.
What You'll Do
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:
- Provide high-quality, individualized speech-language therapy services in accordance with state licensure requirements.
- Conduct evaluations, interpret assessment results, and develop personalized treatment plans based on each client's strengths, goals, and needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and client records.
- Collaborate with behavior technicians, behavior consultants, and occupational, physical, and speech therapy professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Communicate client progress, needs, and recommendations with families, caregivers, and other HIPAA-authorized individuals.
- Supervise assistants, aides, and students as applicable, following state and federal regulations.
- Advocate for the well-being and success of clients across all settings.
- Accurately complete and submit billing documentation in a timely manner.
- Participate in team meetings, department initiatives, and ongoing program development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming therapeutic environment.
- Adhere to professional, ethical, and organizational standards of practice.
- Complete and maintain insurance credentialing requirements as needed.
