As a vital part of our team, you will assist customers in finding the perfect products to fit their needs and ensure they have a positive experience during their visit. Job Duties:
1. Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
2. Receive and fulfill outbound delivery orders (must be comfortable driving company vehicle)
3. Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
4. Assist customers in making informed decisions about cannabis products.
5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
6. Educate customers about different strains, products, and consumption methods.
7. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
8. Handle cash and card transactions securely.
9. Stay up-to-date on new products and industry trends.
10. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth operation.
11. Adhere to all legal regulations and guidelines surrounding cannabis sales.
12. Keep inventory levels stocked and organized.
13. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
14. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
15. Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues professionally.
16. Follow safety and security protocols.
17. Assist with store promotions and events.
18. Contribute to a positive and upbeat work environment.
19. Attend training sessions and stay informed about cannabis laws.
20. Uphold Goat Globals' values during all interactions
21. Make sure that transactions are compliant and within daily sales limits.
Requirements:
1. Must be 21 years of age or older.
2. Must have a clean driving record
3. Knowledge and passion for cannabis products.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Open availability is preferred
7. Customer-focused mentality.
8. Ability to work effectively in a team.
9. Basic math and computer skills.
10. High school diploma or equivalent.
10. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
11. Ability to stand for extended periods.
12. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
13. Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
14. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
15. Adherence to all state and local regulations related to cannabis.
16. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
16. Delivery driver experience is preferred but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
