Duties:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
- Ensure all dishes are properly stored after washing.
- Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed.
- Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
- Sweep and mop floors in dish area and kitchen.
- Monitor dishwashing supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Assist with closing duties, including deep cleaning tasks.
- Support kitchen staff with additional tasks as requested.
