Site Director / Site Supervisor – Licensed After-School Program
Job Summary
We are seeking qualified Site Directors / Site Supervisors to lead our licensed Out-of-School Time (OST) after-school programs in Northwest Arkansas. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily program operations, ensuring Arkansas licensing compliance, supervising staff, and maintaining a safe, engaging, and structured environment for children.
Because our programs operate in Northwest Arkansas locations that are several hours from our central administration team, we are specifically seeking independent leaders who fully meet Arkansas Site Supervisor/Director licensing qualifications and can confidently manage program operations on-site.
This position is based at the Lisa Academy Fayetteville campus and begins in August with the start of the school year.

Schedule
Part-Time
- Monday – Thursday: 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 12:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Additional hours for training, planning, meetings, or school closure days may occasionally be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the licensed after-school program
- Ensure compliance with Arkansas Department of Human Services childcare licensing requirements
- Supervise, support, and manage program staff and volunteers
- Maintain a safe, positive, and developmentally appropriate environment for students
- Monitor student attendance, staff-to-student ratios, and daily program activities
- Communicate professionally with families, school personnel, and company leadership
- Handle behavior management and conflict resolution appropriately
- Maintain required licensing records, documentation, and program organization
- Support program quality, staff accountability, and overall site success
- Serve as the on-site leader responsible for daily program management
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must be 21 years of age or older and must independently meet Arkansas licensing qualifications for an OST Site Supervisor/Director.
Qualified candidates typically meet one of the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child/Youth Development, or related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in another field plus qualifying childcare/education experience or credentials
- Associate Degree in a related field plus qualifying experience
- Extensive experience in childcare, after-school programming, or elementary education with required credentials

Additional Requirements
- Background check and fingerprint clearance required
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to independently manage a fast-paced after-school environment
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
- Comfortable using email, attendance systems, and basic technology
- Ability to actively supervise children indoors and outdoors
Preferred Experience
- Licensed childcare or OST program leadership
- Staff supervision and team management
- Arkansas licensing knowledge and compliance
- School-age programming or elementary education experience
