Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various building components, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to safety standards. This role requires a strong background in construction-related tasks, including framing, roofing, and finishing work. The Installer will collaborate with project managers and other trades to complete projects efficiently and accurately, contributing to the successful delivery of residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely and efficiently on construction sites.
- Apply caulking and remodeling techniques to ensure high-quality finishes.
- Operate hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, and specialized equipment for precise installations.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment.
- Maintain a clean work area and ensure all tools and materials are properly stored after use.

Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work from ladders and heights safely
- Construction or siding experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license is required
Experience
- Proven experience in construction site work with knowledge of roofing, framing, or related trades.
- Hands-on experience with power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and fabrication processes.
- Experience in heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments.
- Prior maintenance person experience or general construction background is a plus.
