Responsibilities:
· Troubleshoot network and system issues
· Monitor data collection programs
· Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures
· Install and maintain equipment on various networks
· Provide phone support and remote login services
Qualifications:
· Knowledge of various operating systems
· Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols
· Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Deadline and detail-oriented
· Strong customer service skills
· Clean DMV record
· Own reliable vehicle (we pay mileage)'
