Job Summary:
Vault Mental Health Services is a growing outpatient mental health practice seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), Licensed Associate Counselors (LACs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), and Licensed Social Workers (LSWs) to join our team as 1099 independent contractors.
This is a flexible, primarily remote opportunity designed for clinicians who value autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance. Clinicians will have the ability to provide therapy through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, with the option to provide in-person sessions at our Red Bank, NJ office if desired.

As a growing practice, we are looking for clinicians who want the opportunity to build and expand their caseload while becoming part of a collaborative and supportive mental health team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual psychotherapy to clients with a variety of mental health concerns
- Complete clinical assessments, treatment planning, and required documentation
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs
- Maintain timely and accurate progress notes within the electronic health record system
- Provide ethical, compassionate, and culturally responsive care
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals when clinically appropriate
- Participate in consultation and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Active New Jersey LPC, LAC, LCSW, or LSW license
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related mental health field
- Experience providing psychotherapy preferred
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable providing telehealth services
- Ability to provide in-person sessions at our Red Bank, NJ office is optional
- Pre-licensed clinicians must have appropriate clinical supervision in accordance with New Jersey licensing requirements, We can also provide the supervisor.

Compensation:
- 60/40 fee split available (clinician receives 60%)
- Compensation based on completed sessions
- Estimated earning potential of $40–$100+ per session hour depending on insurance reimbursement, licensure, experience, and session volume
