Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Bakery Supervisor to lead our food service team in delivering exceptional products and service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen supervision, with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. As the Bakery Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that our bakery maintains the highest standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Work under the direction of the General Manager and as a member of the management team.
- Be accountable for all production, presentation, and sales of food and bakery products
- Oversee daily food service operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality product output to meet daily and weekly goals.
- Train and manage staff to enhance their skills in food production, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations as well as company standards within the kitchen and food service areas.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Participate in regular meetings with the GM and management team to ensure consistent operations and regular communication.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, including obtaining and maintaining required certifications.
Skills
- 2+ years supervisory role in food retail or hospitality environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- High volume production experience.
- Proficiency in training development techniques to effectively onboard new employees.
- Comfort with and knowledge of technology and POS systems for efficient order processing and troubleshooting
- Proven ability in staff training to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
