JOB Performs human support work providing in-home services to senior citizens and the disabled, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of the In-Home Service Aide Supervisor. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
- Provides clients with all needed personal care and home management tasks.

Ensures clients’ safety and well-being; monitors vital signs such as weight, blood pressure, temperature, and heart rates.

Transports clients to appointments and essential errands.

Communicates changes to supervisor, social workers, and nurses.

Completes timesheets, day sheets, and vehicle logs.

Performs other assigned duties.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
- High school diploma or equivalent or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.

North Carolina Certificated Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.

Valid driver’s license.
