Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Electrical Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be integral to assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components and panels for our premium cooking equipment. Your expertise will help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
Duties
- Perform production assembly tasks according to work orders, drawings, schematics, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with electrical assembly, wiring, and installation of components, panels, controls, switches, sensors, harnesses, and related parts.
- Read and interpret basic electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, blueprints, and production instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and electrical testing equipment safely and properly.
- Inspect parts, assemblies, and completed products for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications.
- Test electrical connections and components for continuity, proper fit, and basic functionality as required.
- Identify and report defects, wiring issues, material shortages, safety concerns, or equipment problems to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate production records, inspection documentation, and work order information.
- Follow all company safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, PPE requirements, and workplace housekeeping standards.
- Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to support production goals and minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, electrical assembly, or a related environment preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical components, wiring, circuits, and safe work practices.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, diagrams, schematics, and production documentation.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and basic electrical testing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, leads, and team members.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow company policies and safety procedures.
Preferred
- Experience with electrical panel assembly, equipment wiring, control wiring, or electro-mechanical assembly.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical or assembly issues.
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, production lines, or industrial machinery.
- Forklift, crane, or other equipment certification is a plus, if applicable.
- Technical training, vocational coursework, or certification in electrical, manufacturing, or related field is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $20.60 per hour
