Qualifications
- Valid EPA certification for refrigerants and environmental safety compliance.
- Proven experience as an HVAC service technician with construction or property maintenance background preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC system installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Ability to read schematics, mechanical drawings, and building automation system layouts.
- Skilled in electrical diagnostics, equipment troubleshooting, plumbing, and HVAC/R systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC design principles and electrical systems within commercial or residential properties.
- Experience working with hand tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment required for system repairs.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a <PERSON> driver vehicle if applicable.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
