We're a small Dallas team looking for a Retail Sales Associate who actually likes people. That's the main thing. You'll be the face of our store — the first person customers see and talk to — so we need someone warm, approachable, and easy to chat with.
The job is a mix of greeting customers, helping them find what they're looking for, ringing up sales at the register, and keeping the sales floor looking sharp. There's some behind-the-scenes work too — restocking shelves, tidying displays, receiving deliveries, and helping with inventory counts. None of it's complicated, and if you're organized you'll pick it up fast.
Because we're small, you won't be a name on a roster — you'll know everyone, and we count on each other to show up and follow through.

No retail experience needed — training's paid, and we won't throw you in the deep end. We'll teach you the register, the products, and everything else.
