Job Overview and Preferred Qualifications
This is a full time opportunity--approximately 30 hours, for a unlicensed clinician (AMFT and APC) still gaining hours towards licensure, with at least 1000 hours of experience, and able to carry a caseload of 23 clients or more. The ideal candidate will be seeking long-term employment with a desire to grow with our company post licensure. This self-starter will be organized, detail-oriented, seasoned with clinical training, as well as interest in promoting the growth, and development of others. The position is based in Monterey, CA with requirements for weekends and possibly some evenings (6pm) with 2 days in-person, and hybrid telehealth. Preference will be given to clinicians with bilingual/bicultural experience.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
