First Steps Preschools is looking for a dedicated and passionate Three-Year-Old Teacher to join our team. This position will involve creating a nurturing, educational environment for our three-year-old students where they can grow and develop vital early learning skills. We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative individual committed to providing young children with the best early childhood education experience.
Provide a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for three-year-old children.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons that support cognitive, emotional, and social development.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Create and maintain an organized, welcoming, and clean classroom environment.
Monitor and assess the developmental progress of each child and maintain regular communication with parents.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience.
A high school diploma or equivalent (a degree or certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred) is required.
Prior experience working with three-year-olds in a preschool or daycare setting is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with young children and their families.
Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate learning practices.
A passion for teaching and making a positive impact on children’s lives.
